Benjamín González joined GNYHA’s Center for Community Health, Diversity, and Health Equity in 2022. He provides technical assistance and resources on community health planning and community benefit reporting to help member hospitals engage with public health stakeholders. Prior to joining GNYHA, Mr. González worked for One Brooklyn Health System and Interfaith Medical Center for more than a decade in the Medical Education, Grants Management, and Strategic Planning departments. He is a member of the NYC Public Health Corps Advisory Council. Mr. González earned his BA in English from Yale University and an executive certificate from the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College.
