Elina Kats joined GNYHA in 2015 working with the Legal, Regulatory, and Professional Affairs Department on various compliance issues prior to transitioning to the Quality and Clinical Initiatives Department. Currently, Ms. Kats collaborates with cross-functional teams and leads various projects with impact and purpose using both agile and waterfall methodologies. In addition to managing various forums, she is the lead manager for the GNYHA/United Hospital Fund Clinical Quality Fellowship Program (CQFP). Ms. Kats earned her BA from Fordham University.
