Andrew Dahl joined GNYHA’s Legal, Regulatory, and Professional Affairs Department in 2022. He is responsible for emergency preparedness and response activities. Before joining GNYHA, Mr. Dahl worked in emergency management at NYU Langone Health and for the City of Philadelphia. He earned a BS in Public Health from Rutgers University and an MPA from New York University.
