Dina Shapiro-Luft joined GNYHA’s Health Economics, Finance, and Outcomes Research Department in 2021. Dr. Shapiro-Luft is responsible for implementing validated surveys, overseeing quantitative and qualitative data collection, and providing comments and advocacy on survey instruments being used in regulatory or quality reporting programs at the Federal and State level. Prior to joining GNYHA, Dr. Shapiro-Luft was the Associate Director,  Research & Evaluation at Partnership to End Addiction. She previously worked as a research scientist at the New York City Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. Dr. Shapiro-Luft earned a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPH from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
