Liz Rich joined GNYHA’s Legal, Regulatory, and Professional Affairs team in 2024. She is responsible for supporting a range of operational and regulatory subject areas, including Food and Drug Administration regulation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and privacy issues. Before joining GNYHA, Ms. Rich worked on policy and regulatory analysis at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services. She also previously worked for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association. She earned her BA from Smith College and her MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
