Sean McLaughlin joined GNYHA’s Center on Community Health Equity Policy and Services in 2024. Sean is responsible for supporting GNYHA member health equity and diversity initiatives, including racial and ethnic data collection and health equity measurement. They also provide operations expertise to support GNYHA’s health equity-related forums and leadership diversity programs. Before joining GNYHA, they worked as a Human Resources Project Implementation Coordinator at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. They earned a BA in Individualized Study with a concentration in Medical Sociology (2021) and an MA in Bioethics (2022) from New York University.
