Medicaid Waiver

New York State’s Medicaid program received approval for its Medicaid Section 1115 waiver from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The waiver’s goal is to improve New Yorkers’ overall quality and health outcomes. The waiver includes a $7 billion investment statewide over a three-year period through March 2027. GNYHA is supporting the waiver’s implementation to ensure that our members’ patients and communities receive the social care services they need.
